Should I buy this Graphic card?

I wanted to buy PowerColor AMD/ATI Radeon HD5570 1GB DDR3 Graphics card.
My CPU Configuration is
1.Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 2.8 GHz Processor
2. 3GB RAM
3. Windows 7 32 bit (will upgrade to 64 bit)
4. Intel Motherboard (NH82801GB)...
Please tell me should I go for it...Wanted for playing games(not too high graphics games...like Mass effect 2)

That card is great for what it is. You could probably run Mass Effect 2 at 720p at a playable frame rate. Although it may be time for a new CPU.
