In my country, most of the retailers don't sell/support all the specific components I want.
Additionally buying each individual component from the cheapest retailer ends up cheaper.

The way I see it I have 4 choices:

a) Get the rig from the most reputable retailer and have them built it even if that means I get some alternative components than the ones I (after thorough reseach) selected.
b) Get the rig from smaller retailers, meaning the will have to order my desired components, which will result in paying more and delaying more
c) Get the components each one from the cheapest retailer and have someone else (upon payment) build the rig
d) Get the components each one from the cheapest retailer and build it myself

Which scenario would you advice, and in case of scenario (c) how much should I pay that someone who will build my computer?

It's really not THAT hard to build one yourself. There are several really good videos online that show you step by step, and the you have this forum if you run into any problems. You do get the best bang for your buck by building it yourself.

Well unless you are doing something dumb you shouldn't break anything. There are guides on line that show you how to put a computer together. For the most part the pieces only go together 1 way so its not like you will miss-wire something and blow it up. I say just read up on it a bit and do it yourself.
