How can I run Watch Dogs game?

Not sure what you are asking either? If you are asking if your rig can run the game then you will have to wait for it to come out buy it and try it out. With your specs you should be able to run the game on low-mid settings.

low to mid depending on your exact situation. Why? because you have a cheeper 2core i3 and a low end GPU

It's not meant to be insulting 
I say that because its on the lower end of the GPU spectrum. it calls for a 7850 2gb and you have a 7850 1gb so it is just under recommended. will it make a difference? no probably not. My guess is it will run fine on a Medium setting. there are other variable too. Everything from hard drive speed to efficiency of your cache algorithm. i hope that clarifies
