Yes, Its a good gpu and can work at its potential with your FX-8350, It can play games at around 50 FPS on Ultra but some not, check some benchmarks on youtube.

Those are some pretty stout games. For Assassin's Creed BF, I suggest running the game on the Nvidia suggested settings. It's a very computer intense game. You'll be able to play it on High settings, but don't expect to max out every setting.

BF4 multiplayer is a leans to the GPU. For a 760 GTX, probably a mix of High/Ultra settings just to sustain higher FPS. BF4's dynamic environment is pretty GPU taxing.

Nah. The 8350 is a good CPU. Doubt you would notice a difference between the 4670k and the 8350. But if you do have the extra cash, I would change that power supply. The Corsair CX series has a bad rep around here because of the cheap capacitors used in the unit. Corsair TX, HX or AX series are the better choices. Antec, Seasonic and XFX power supplies are good too.
