hi everyone
this is my first post, and my first time to buld a PC
so i wanna build a gaming PC for around $1500 (just rig and monitor)
I will use my PC for playing game on 1080p resolution and I hope it will have an excellent performance at gaming
I don't think I will overclocked my computer any time soon since this is my first time, so is it worth to buy Z87 motherboard and intel K version? but I hope it will be easy to upgrade my PC in the future.
and I'm not going for SLI or crossfire,
so I will need your kind advices and recommendations

is it US dollar $1500?

even intel K series build cost less than $1200.
for non-OC build, it cost around $900-1000

thats will be a huge saving for you

you can start from the OC build first :)
after some years, when games get more demanding + you gain some knowledge, you can do OC

thanks for your kind reply
actually I will buy the parts in Indonesia (my native country, parts of south east asia region) and there will be some price differences in there, so I will edit the budget arround $1200
and for your advice, I have some question
is it enough to have GTX 770 for playing game in ultra setting?
and for PSU why not choose modular and gold certified PSU?

I like AMD Radeons pick list. 770 will be fantastic for 99% of games. And OK for the other 1%. You can get a modular PSU - for a bit more money and same with Gold (or Platinum) rated - more money. We try to stick within your budget. Do they have Part Picker in Indonesia?

ahaha i'm afraid there is no such website in there. people just have to check every online PC store manually or they could personally go to the store to buy the parts.
so it is good to have GTX 770, and no need to buy GTX 780 (overkill?)
and if I have more money is it worth to buy gold PSU? and what kind of PSU did you recommend? is it 650w enough to power the PC?

I have the MSI GTX 770 running at 1080p and I can max out all of the games except for AC4 where it's set on very high but getting 30-40 FPS

so if what you're saying is true, I think I'll need to increase my budget to get GTX 780
Is it worth? from price to perfromance?
