Can't use dongle on my android tablet. everytime I insert, it appears "damaged usb storage. reformat it". How do I reformat it

You can reformat it but all data will be lost on the dongle.
First plug the dongle in...
Then go to my computer and right click on the drive and select "Format..."
Then make sure it says "FAT32"
And click format at the bottom...
