I am looking to sell an old pc I was given for Christmas.
The pc Dell cps 210 was very expensive when new but is now outdated, specs are as follows:
Intel core 2 duo q6600
2gb ram
256mb dedicated gpu
500gb 7200rpm hdd. Pretty good but sata 3gbs
Windows vista 32 bit home premium & no other program's, it's was reset.
Also included are two small speakers and one larger.
Would I be able to sell for £100 to get the final part of the budget for a new gaming build. And if so how should I best go about selling it?

Solution
Q6600 system, I would say maxed (if you are lucky) at €150 or £100 if you included everything..I mean everything...HDD, etc.
so..yes, it is about £100 if you are quite lucky.

Before going to ebay, I kinda like the 4cloud's suggestion. Perhaps you could get a better price that way.

How much did you buy the PC for at first? Reduce the original cost of it by 60 - 70 percent and see how much it is. You could start by asking a few friends here and there or maybe people you know. Put up papers around your town with your contact info and wait to see if anyone is willing to buy it. If that still doesn't work out then try selling out on either eBay, amazon etc. online electronic stores by creating an account.

NOTE: MAKE SURE EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOUR PAPERS AND WARRANTIES IS ORGANISED OTHERWISE DONT BOTHER.
