Nvidia Shadowplay and BF3 not working....

I tried the Battlelog forums but did in a word did not find an answer to my question though I did get a few replies. Anyway I really can't figure this out...Shadowplay is pretty simple tool and the options are easy to navigate , still I can seem to record BF3. Using Driver 335.23.

Do you have Battlefield resolution in Fullscreen mode? Shadowplay doesn't work with windowed games, so ensure that BF4 is set to fullscreen rather than 1920x1080 Windowed (assuming you have a 1080p screen)

Well I don't think there is any issues with BF4, But I have used Shadowplay on over half my games and it works better now with older games now that Shadowplay is updated. But yes I do have it in 1920x1080 fullscreen aslways. Even Alt-tab will stop the recording. I really don't know what the issue is I though others got it to work.
