I looking to purchase PC for gaming, especially for these games CS:GO, League of Legends and recording gameplay for YouTube. My budget is $800-$1000, I need the best one. Please help me. Thank you.

It's literally my computer that i bought a month ago with a case change and a few minor adjustments. you will want to get another hard drive for your recording though. It has crushed every game Iv'e thrown at it so far :)  You cant build a better computer for less really. if this inst good enough for you your only option is to increase your budget.

So, I'll run every game smooth? also, if I play CS:GO/League of Legends and record.. do you know how much FPS i'll get? btw, can we upgrade it to Intel i7? just wondering..

You can upgrade but it wont help for gaming at all. the i7 only helps for developing, running VMs, high end editing so i don't recommend it. The 4670k will run 3 770 in sli so unless you plan on doing more than that it would be pointless.

as you can see the i7 is actually worse in some gaming aplications.
