Vapor X R9-270x can't get drivers to install.

Hi I got my new 270x today and I installed it on the motherboard. Plugged in the power and tried to install the drivers. However, CCC showed an error. My PSU is 600W and I saw the fan turning on the card.

I do not think I've inserted it incorrectly as windows showed a message saying something like "install amd driver for your amd hardware". My friend asked me to try again after I have wiped all other drivers using the display driver uninstaller. I tried installing the drivers but to no avail.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Please use layman terms as I'm dumb and not a computer person.

EDIT: Extra info if it helps: I've used the display driver uninstaller to clean all video drivers including intel.

Yes, the fans spin when I on the PC.

It's a pre-built Lenovo Ideacentre I got 2 years back, not sure about the brand all I know is that it's 450W. HD 7650. Yes I did a cleansweep, cleaning all graphic drivers including intel.
