First Specs:
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo
Motherboard: MSI G41M-P33Combo
PSU: Andyson 500W
Graphic Card: Palit GTX 650 Ti 1GB
Ram: 4GB Corsair
Cooler: EVERCOOL Transformer S (Bought in The Morning). Old was COOLERMASTER TX3 normal version.

So last time I used my pc was 2 months ago and stopped using it due to exams.
today morning when I started it, It turned on and off repeatedly so I changed my cooler with the one I bought in the morning and applied thermal paste using the dot method. Now it has the same problem.

I removed all my components including the graphic card but not the Ram and the Cooler still this problem.
Next I removed my 1 ram no solution when I removed the second one the mainboard beeps 3-4 times and stays on but does not display anything on the monitor.

Solution

What do you mean by "when I insert the first ram it does not work. same for second ram"? Both DIMMs should do the same thing.

What are the exact beeps that you are getting? Maybe 3 short and one long, for instance? These will tell you what your problem is.

computer turning on and off would have nothing to do with the CPU cooler unless your CPU was overheating... which you could easily check with any of 50 different free hardware monitoring software out there.

I'd say you have a power supply issue...

ok I update the situation I insert only one ram 2 gb I insert my Toshiba hdd 500gb I turn it on after a few minutes I see my mobo startup Brand then it beeps 2 times very fast an don't display anything.

ps the screen still have connection with the mobo after the 2 fast beeps.

You might want to clear the CMOS by jumping the 2 pins on the MB while the power is disconnected, or removing the coin battery for a few minutes while the power is disconnected.

Is your 4 GB of RAM one stick or 2? If 2, try with one stick in one slot at a time and see if it will work in any slot. If not, try the other stick in each slot.

Do you have any spare RAM or some that you could borrow to try?

Systems built with DDR2 are incompatible with DDR3. You need to exchange your DDR3 for DDR2.

Glad to see that you got it solved.
