New pc build and need help

Hello guys im new her and I'm building a pc for gaming revolving around a 4770k and a 780ti. I have about 800 to 700 dollars left after that to get everything else I need and I would like to be able to overclock my cpu and gpu and I would also like to be able to sli another 780ti in the future. I already have the case taken care of as well im getting a phantom full tower. I would like to use windows 7 but I would like to have at least 16 g's of ram if not more and I dont want windows holding that back. The main thing about this build is for me is I want it to be something that lasts me for a while without needing upgrades and if it did just another 780ti wich I will add down the road. This is also my first build and I dont want it to be like building Appolo 11. I hope I have added everything and I really appreciate any help you guys can provide thank you very much.

I dont want to end up getting the wrong thing. Im not all that versed in all the little options these boards provide and I just want to make sure I'm doing it right.
I would like advice on which mb would be best for oc'ing a4770k within a decent price range.
I would like advice on which ram would be best for said mb.
I would like advice on which power supply would best suit my needs
finally I would like to know if you guys think w8 or w7 would be best for gaming right now.
