Hey guys, So I am a complete noob to pc builds. However, over the past 6 months I've been doing some researh on how to. And as my birthday is coming up in a week, I thought I would finally attempt to build one. However, I'm still oblivious to what's better and what's not. If anyone is willing to lay me out a good build from 500-700 dollars that I could stream League Of Legends and play other games at medium to high settings, that would be great! I still need a hd monitor too. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you! <3

Solution
You don't NEED one, but I would recommend at least a basic aftermarket cooler, as the stock AMD ones are pretty crappy and loud. The CoolerMaster Hyper TX3 is a decent one that you can find for about $15. I wouldn't do much overclocking, if any, but it will be a lot quieter for you.

Hello again sir, I was going to order the parts today but the vulcan 8gb Memory is out of stock. Do you have any others in mind that would work and are around the same price?
