Is this parts compatible to each other? Plus RAM CL changed from CL9-9-9 to CL11-11-11

Hi,

I own
CPU: Intel Core i7-4770k
Motherboard: GA-Z87X-D3H
GPU: EVGA GTX760 4GB FTW A/CX COOLING
RAM: KINGSTON KHX16C9T3K2/8X 8GB (2X4GB) DDR3 1600MHZ XMP BEAST SERIESDUAL CHANNEL KIT
HYDRO COOLING: CORSAIR H100i
SSD: SAMSUNG 840 EVO SERIES 120 GB SATA3
HDD: WESTERN DIGITAL CAVIAR BLUE 1TB 7200 RPM SATA3

The CPU is not overclocked or anything else.
My RAM CL changed from CL9-9-9 to CL11-11-11, can you pleaze tell me why this happend?
Plus the RAM for the manufacturer is programmed to CL9-9-9.
At the moment RAM runs at CL11-11-11 1.5v 1600mhz with XMP disabled.

Activate the correct xmp profile and it will run at the correct speeds. If you're just gonna use it for gaming get a 4670k and swap the 760 for a 770

You need to enable the XMP for it to run at the 9-9-9 stated speeds. This is an option in the BIOS.

Is gonna be any problem with the volts cuz at XMP runs at 1.65v?

Well according to intel you shouldn't go over 1.5v, so you should've bought better quality ram.

Any RAM at 1600 or 1866 with CAS9 at 1.5v will work just fine. ADATA has their XPG V1.0 on sale right now for a 2x4GB set for $64.
