Need build help with gaming pc

Hi guys I am looking to build a gaming pc revolved around a 4770k and a 780ti. Im having trouble nailing down the parts like mb and ps that are just right for my needs as I would like to oc and sli in the future as graphical demands rise.
I have about 600 to 800 dollars after buying cpu and gpu to get the other things I need. If it was extremely necessary that I have more then i could come up with more in a weak or so.
So to sumarize I need advice on
motherboard
power supply
ram
hard drive/solid state
cpu cooling
w7 or w8?
I would also like your opinion on which 780 ti would be best for oc'ing and overall value and quality.
Thank you in advance for any and all help and understanding as this is my first time.

How about this? If you want to add a 780 Ti in the future without upgrading your PSU I'd save up a little and get the AX 860 instead.

I have the EVGA 780 Ti SuperClocked ACX and it's amazing. The Asus DC UII is also great. The version of windows is just personal preference, but Win 7 is what I use

That was quick! Thanks I really like the looks of this. Would this work with 16g's of ram as well and if so which would you suggest. Would that make me have to use w8? Do you have any 120htz monitor suggestions?

You can still use 16GB's of RAM on Win 7 just as long as you get the 64 bit version. I'd go with the same RAM, but obviously 2x8 GB sticks.

Awesome man ty for the help. I am trying to decide if the ssd is really worth it. Cause if I skip out on it I can get that monitor that you showed me. So is it really a big help in gAming? I know it loads games faster but does it do anything else?

SSDs are pretty great, but you can always add one at a later time. Much better than buying worse monitor and then having to upgrade, since you'd be wasting quite a bit of money.

Thanks again I think I'm gonna finally take the plunge and order this stuff. Do you have a suggestion on a youtuber who has a good tutorial for building? I can research it I just thought you might have one you could recommend. I don't want to seem lazy. This is very exciting but also very nerve wracking. Thank you again for all your help.

I purchased the one that you said you owned yourself. I hope I can oc it as well if need be. No that I would have any idea how. The ps unti I guess I will have to upgrade in the future if I end up getting another 780. Hopefully I wont need one any time soon.

The EVGA 780 Ti SuperClocked ACX? And yes overclocking it is super easy. You can download a software called EVGA Precision X and all you have to do is type +100MHz next to the GPU clock offset. That's what I have and I wouldn't go higher than that for now.
