Good for OC and SLI motherboard, low profile RAM would be better with Hyper 212 EVO also you don't have to cheap out on (CRAPPY) PSU!

I have the MSI Z87-G43 and I consider it to be a good, cheap OC'ing MB. Mine OC's my i5 4670K to 4.6 GHz easily. Highly recommended!
