I'm doing a new build with a C70 case, all air-cooled. I've read that the Cougar fans are very quiet and actually they are rated at 16-18 dbs or less.

I've removed the 3 stock fans that came with the case and replaced them with a total of 6 120/140mm Cougar Hydraulic Bearing LED fans as follows.

INTAKE
2 X 120 Behind front panel (removed lower hard drive cage
1 x 140 Bottom of case

EXHAUST
2 x 140 Top of case
1 x 120 Rear
PSU exhaust

The Cougar 120 spins at only 1,200 rpm but moves some air at 64 cfm. The 140 is 1,000 rpm and 73 cfm. I'm using the Phanteks PH-TC14PE with two 140mm fans to cool my 4770k. Also bought a set of dust filters from demcifilters for the case. They fit great.

I think I have plenty of airflow. My concern is that I'll have a slight negative pressure and not sure if this is the best setup. But since the bottom of the case is open and filtered I'd assume that it will draw the additional air flow in from there and not create a dust problem by drawing air in through unintended openings.

Does this like a good solution? Or should I remove one of the 140 exhaust fans on top to create a slight positive pressure?
