which GFX card should i buy?

1.Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 2Gb gddr5
2.Asus GTX660-DC2O-2GD5 NVIDIA PCI Express Graphic Card
3.Sapphire HD 7850 2GB GDDR5 Graphic Card
I got a VS 450 and a VS 650 ( unstable)

The Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 2Gb GDDR5 is the best amongst all those you have stated. And i doubt if it will even run smoothly with VS 450 psu. CX series have great reviews and it is better if you are going for the it. Good luck :)

i have seen people complaining later on regarding unexpected freezes, shut downs, system not powering up etc as that psu isn't recommended for high performance build. It will run R9 270X gpu but when under loads, i wouldn't take chances with that psu. You are all good with CX series build quality which will handle your out performing gpu very well :)
