I have a y410p Lenovo Ideapad. A few weeks ago my display starting having some issues so I sent it in for repair and ended up getting the screen replaced. However, after getting it back, 2 out of my 3 USB ports aren't working and my headphone jack isn't detecting my headphones either. These inputs are all on the righthand side of my laptop.
I have done my Googling and did the following things:
1. Tried various devices on the ports.
2. Reinstalled the drivers.
3. Turned off the power and removed the battery and restarted it again.
4. Tried to go into BIOS but the BIOS in this computer is painfully limited so I couldn't access anything...
5. Even tried some stuff like going into power options and toggling some settings for the USB ports.
Is this a hardware issue? If so, do any of you guys have any idea what could have happened during the repair process that might have caused this issue? I had none of these problems pre-repair.
