i want to make another pc, but right now i dont know why I'm feeling clueless. can anyone help me build a pc that can withstand playing battlefield 4? i want to play it together with my brother, thats why i need another pc.

and my brother will also be recording his gameplay, so i know for a start that the CPU must be an i7, right? will i7 4770k be enough for gaming while recording (possibly while uploading to youtube too) and editing/rendering videos? and the graphic cards must be a nvidia gtx 770 too (sorry, thats what he wants :s)

i have a 1000-1100 budget now, is it possible to build a gaming pc with that budget? i know that the graphic cards and the cpu that i mentioned above takes away like 7/10 out of it though :(
he will add an ssd card too, we already have a 120gb intel 525 series that we never use, so we dont have to buy another again.

actually he pick parts blindly yesterday without telling me on some online pc part picker thingy, and he got this:

Processor : Intel Core i7 4770k
Mainboard :
Hardisk : 1000GB Seagate / Western Digital Sata
Memory (Ram) : 8GB DDR3 V-Gen
DVD : RW 22X
Graphic (VGA) : geforce gtx 770
Casing : Cooler Master K282 GAMING CHASSIS SIDE WINDOW
power supply: 620w bronze cooler master

i dont even know if those parts are compatible. and he still hasn't know what motherboard to use. so please help guys! really sorry for the trouble :(

just some additional info: since holiday is coming, we will probably be leaving the computer on for 10-16 hours. not playing all the time of course, we're gonna play like 2-3 hours, and then editing videos, and then leave it on while uploading or playing again while uploading, lunch breaks and stuff

In that case, don't settle for a GTX 770, get a better GTX 780 instead. :D The PSU I chose is a top quality one. I wouldn't change that. Your case choice is fine too. I just didn't see it on PCpartpicker.

Doesn't sound like you will be the type comfortable with overclocking, so a 4770k isn't necessary. A Xeon 1230 v3 will probably be a better choice for you.

The Xeon 1230 v3 is nothing more than an i7 without the integrated graphics and can support server or desktop motherboards and ram.

How about this one? Will this run bf4 while recording, and be able to edit/render?
Is there any parts that are not compatible?

Intel - Core i7 4770
Asrock Fatal1ty Z87 killer 1
Corsair CMSO8GX3M1A1333C9 ( 1 X 8GB)
Seagate 1TB SATA3
Corsair 128gb Force GS
Gigabyte Geforce GTX770 GV-N770OC-2GD 20248MB DDR5
Lite on DVD RW
Cooler Master K282 GAMING CHASSIS SIDE WINDOW + hot swap
COOLER MASTER SILENT PRO MODULAR 2 620W BRONZE
Cooler Master XtraFlo 120 Slim

And how many cooler master xtraflo am i gonna need if im gonna leave the computer on for about 12-16 hours?
This cost about 1200 dollar in my country

The Xeon is basically equivalent to an i7 4770 in performance. It is cheaper and can't overclock (though you shouldn't be overclocking til you're more knowledgeable in that sector). Essentially it's just the price that makes the decision between an i7 and Xeon. I'd take a Xeon 1230v3 over an i7 4770 any day.
