Hello, I have just finished building my new PC and the first time I power it up, it restarts after 15 seconds endlessly with a 5 second gap inbetween. There are no fans running other than the CPU fan which a Cooler Master 212 Evo. I have applied the thermal compound as described and there is no monitor and no other things appear to work. The CPU is an Intel Core i7-4930K. The GPU is an Nvidia GTX 770 and the motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-X79-UP4. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what is wrong and how I can fix it? Thank you :-)

try taking ram sticks out and make sure you have the power to the cpu plugged in.. cause i forgot once and took me 10 minutes to figure out that i forgot to plug the power to the cpu

I had something similar once and it was because i had put the HDD/power led cables to the reset switch pins. They are often easy to mess up with.
