CPU cooler for a Haswell pentium build

Dear experts,
I'm planning to buy a new pc soon that will be based on a Pentium G3220 CPU.
The pc is meant for basically internet activity (tabs being open simultaneously) and office work, the most I will do is converting various VHS tapes to digital files using a portable USB tv card (once in a while).
My question is, Which cooler is the most effective for such system?
1. Intel stock cooler with aluminum core, cooling capacity of up to 65w.
2. Arctic Alpine 11 GT Rev.2 with aluminum core, cooling capacity of up to 75w.
3. Intel stock cooler with copper core, cooling capacity of up to 95w.

1) Will taking the copper cooler for a G3220 CPU (53w TDP) be overkill? Even if there's up to 10 USD difference in price in my country?
2) Will I feel any difference between it and the plain boxed 65w cooler (in terms of CPU temprature/fan noise) when browsing multiple tabs/youtube HD videos or when converting a VHS tape digitally? (or even de/compressing a RAR file of up to 3GB??)
3) Will the copper cooler be necessarily more silent in every situation?
4) And is there a sense to consider the above Arctic cooler instead of either of Intel's?

Thanks for the help.

Generally coolers that have high radius fans (say 120mm) are quieter because the fan has to spin at lower rpm.
I'd not spend money on the arctic alpine over a stock cooler for a g3220.
Copper dissipates heat more efficiently than aluminium.

I get it. So I'll choose an Intel fan. That is what I was thinking.
I know that for i3's and up, it is advised to get a HS with a copper base.
But what about Pentium CPUs? Will it be worth the buy, because I'm not sure there will actually be a noticable (audible) difference between those two in my case.

Well, it seems decent but would be nothing but an overkill for a Pentium CPU right?
Plus, it costs between 35-50 US dollars in my country whereas in the states you can get it for about 20 something...

The aftermarket Arctic 11GT cooler is the only one I can grab for cheap, thus the question, having an aluminum core, will it perform more quietly than the copper based Intel HS? Is it THAT better than the standard Intel coolers? (however I've read some reviews saying it is quite loud)

And will I notice a difference in fan noise or CPU temprature (reminder; it is Haswell Pentium) between using the plain Intel boxed cooler and the copper Intel cooler (can be upgraded for additional cost) in home-office tasks like watching HD videos on YT / multiple tabs/browsers open simultaneously / rar decompression / digitally convertion of old VHS tapes using a USB tv card / etc?
