Hello everyone!

I've been the proud owner of a G75VW-NS71 w/ NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670M for quite some time now and currently having an annoying issue.

I'm a photographer first and gamer second. I recently started using a second monitor for my photo editing, the PA248Q connected via Displayport. The issue I'm having is after reboot, the color temperature becomes warm. To fix this issue I just open the windows "Display Color Calibration" and click next and it automatically becomes cooler/neutral. Whats even more weird is my secondary monitor (PA248Q) is perfect but the laptop screen is noticeably cooler/bluer.

Please help!

thanks again!

It seems like Windows is just returning your software settings to a default value on each restart. Have you tried to manipulate the display calibrations on the monitor side instead of the computer side? As long as you don't connect them to other video sources which would require additional recalibration on each switch, that might give you a more permanent solution.

If this is not a solution, I would recommend using the Nvidia Control panel GPU software instead of the windows display controls. This may require the download and installation of the software package, as many/most OEMs do not install the controller software, rather getting by with just the GPU driver alone for installation/updates.
