reset security and rename my wifi

I want to reset my linksys name and password. Its open to the world right now under "linksys."

It used to be labeled, "wenatchee," and had a password that I could give to visitors. I bought new computers and turned off the router while I hooked everything up, and the name and password function disappeared.

If the router is all default settings then you should be able to open up your browser and type

192.168.1.1

In the address bar. Then username should be Admin and the password should be password

Then go to the wireless section and in there you can rename the SSID and Add a password. Make it the WPA2-Personal Security type and then make the password what ever you like.
