So I have NZXT H440 it has three intake fans at the front, one 140mm at the back for pull (blowing air out) and will add 2x140mm on top of case ot blow air out.

Now using Asus Maximus VI Hero ATX LGA1150 mobo which way should I instal Noctua air flow direction, I will OC eventually.

Thanks

PS: going to set up CPU meanwhile.

It should be blowing air out the back or the top of the case. The back is generally the suggested direction.

front to back is still ideal, one fluid motion is the key. The fact that heat rises means the top exhaust help, but i would still point it to the back, so its fed cooler air more directly from the front three intake. If you really need answers, mount the cooler both ways and run a prime test, see which direction is better max temp. the difference would be 1 or 2 C if anything.
