I'd look at the GSkill Sniper in either 1600/9 or 1866/9 2x4 GB

That's the 1600/9 set, not all 6300s can handle 1866, though you could try, as a secondary choice would be same in the Ripjaws X line of sticks. You don't mention how much or what this will be used for, the 8GB is good for gaming and daily use, if you do imaging, video etc, might consider 16GB of the Snipers or RJ X in the 2x8GB set, it's in your budget
