My current system:
MB: Asrock 970 Extreme4
CPU: FX-8350
GPU: GTX770
PSU: Corsair CX600M

So the reason for my MB upgrade is because the Asrock 970 Extreme4 doesn't support the FX-8350. (It work's, but I have been having problems with CPU-heavy games, so I assume it's because of the stability problems from my CPU-MB combo.)

Any recommendations for a new MB? Something good enough, but not too expensive?
Also, should I do a clean install of windows 7 or can I swap the MB on the fly?
Could I uninstall all the drivers for my current MB and then swap to the new one and install all of its drivers and except it to work?

I might also buy an SSD and install windows 7 on that.

I suppose I can pay that if I have to, do you know any cheaper choices? Also, I'm from Finland so shipping will have to be taken into account...

That's more like it :)  What exactly is it that makes the other MBs better? The chipset? How exactly are the chipsets different? Any other differences, other than different ports?

Also, my case has two front panel USB3 ports and that MB doesn't seem to have any other than the back panel ones... But I can connect them to the USB2 ports on the board right?

Sorry if i keep making you come back again and again. :D

Has a 3.0 header on the board and is a real nice 970 board.

This way you have you front panel 3.0.

The 990 is the newer chipset then the 970 , The 970 is the lowest I would recommend for the FX chips.

How big of a difference if any, would I see in performance between:
990X vs 970 chipset
Basically Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 vs. M5A99X EVO R2.0

Get the Gigabyte , I posted above so that you can use your front USB 3.0.

I like the ASUS M5A99X EVO R2.0. ALSO HAS 3.0 HEADER.
