I read online that if you move Battlefield 4 from Program Files (x86) to Program Files, it will treat it as a 64 bit program and improve FPS, is that true?

Its just a joke.

You can't improve FPS when you move to a different folder. You could only do that if you are transferring it from HDD to SDD.

It had fixed someone's stuttering though, also, I have a GTX 650 and I have to turn Resolution Scale down to 85% to keep above 40 fps, shouldn't I get atleast that with the scale at 100%?
