Connecting fans to mobo and Storage

First question, I mounted noctua on Asus hero 4 no problems, no connecting fans, i merged them with extention so only need one plug in a three head pin. The cpu fan on mobo has four pins (confused). Now behind mobo there is small station where all the front case fans are already conencted is that where I plug in noctua CPU fans (3 pin station too)?

About connecting my two HDD and SDD to motherboard, I have 6 entries does it matter where I connect them?

Assuming your boot drive will be the SSD, connect that to SATA 0.
The other ones, SATA 1 & 2.

Yep SSD boot drive , can't see SATA 0 though.

right top corner going down then back top to left :
-SATA6G_1
-SATA6G_2
-..........._3
-.........._4
-............_5
then last two slots
-SATA6G_E1
-SATA6G_E2

SATA 1 then. Whichever is lowest. Some motherboards label it as 0, some as 1.
