Hi, I know little about grub, so please help! I was able to boot to Win 8 previously, but after my PSU went, I can't find it! I loaded supergrub2 and I booted it (Albeit, it was named Windows Vista). Is there any way I can EASILY boot into win8 from the GRUB supplied by LXF? I have K/Ubuntu installed. (Its vanilla ubuntu and it named its self Kbutntu for some odd reason :p )

Boot-repair is the easiest and painless way https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Boot-Repair it'll fix you right up.

The other option is from a terminal type
sudo update-grub
and see if that takes care of it.
