Looking for the best CPU + motherboard max $300 for both that will go well with my build; and won't bottleneck.

My build is:

GPU - Nvidia Gtx 680 2GB DDR5

RAM - Corsair Vengeance 1600 Mhz (2x4gb)

Power Supply - Antec High Current Pro 1200 watts (got it for free i know it's overkill)

So far I'm thinking of getting a AMD FX-8350 since it's only $180.00 on Amazon and will be good for future games because of its multi cores (8). Any suggestions?

This would be my choice. It is a little over your $300, but far better than an FX 8350.

Aus m5a99x($120 after rebate) and AMD 8320($135 on sale) - that leaves you $40-$50 to get a good heatsink or all in one liquid loop and overclock it beyond the 8350

Yet, it will still be slower than a 4670k or 1230v3.
