I'd like to know if I combine these two hardwares my graphic power will combine , share or improve something more. Because I have only 4GB RAM and if the APU gets a part of the RAM my performance will get lower. Would be greater if at least the GPU Memory of 9600GT could be shared.

The APU will perform just as well in the CPU part, and a little better than the video card. Not much difference.

You are better off just upgrading the videocard, it will make a big difference, the processor is already a quad core a newer Quads from AMD are not a huge improvement on the Phenom II's.

I'm still not with the 7850k in hand, I bought but have not yet arrived. So if I have 4GB of RAM the APU does not get a part of ram for it? Like remaining 3.something GB of system RAM as the others CPUS? And now I could discard my 9600GT right?

The APU is faster than the 9600, regardless.

You will want fast RAM. What type of RAM is it?

I have a 4GB 1333Mhz RAM from my last computer and my mobo is a Asrock Fm2a55m-hd+

I believe you need an FM2+ board for that CPU, I do not know if it is backwards compatable.

You absolutely need faster ram for that CPU. At least 1866. You are looking at a 100% performance increase from faster RAM.
I switched from 2 GB of 1600 to 16 GB of 1866 on that CPU, and had an increase in FPS in Street Fighter 4 from 30 average to 90 FPS average.
Huge difference. I am planning on getting the 8 GB AMD 2400 kit.

:( I groan every time I see an APU being starved by 1333mhz ram.

Get the fastest speed ram your motherboard supports, and you really need 8gb for gaming these days, what's your resolution and which games are you planning to play?

I have a second rig with A10-7850k and it runs surprisingly well.

My actual resolution is 1920x1080 I don't have certain games to play but I'd like an performance better than my old Phenom II X4 955 + 9600 GT 1GB together.

Then get yourself a better video card and overclock the 955, unless your current motherboard can support an FX 6300 or 8320. A 7850k is not an upgrade, on the CPU side, from a Phenom II. A GTX 750ti would make for a solid upgrade, if your power supply isn't stellar.
