Should I Buy My components now?

Hello

im planning to build my rig in a month for about $1500-1600. But the question is wait for intel 5th gen processors(they'll be faster?), newer motherboards, DDR4 ram and nvidia's gtx 800 lineup? or should i simply buy it now?

Nvidia Maxwell 20nm was canceled till 2015 i believe. Intel's 5 gen will be an improvement but will have to see some benchmarks first, because i haven't seen some explosive results since Sandy Bridge and beyond, only 10% improvement over previous generation. The DDR4 will surely be nice update.
