Is my RIG good enough for PS2 Emulator?

I would like to know if my current set up is good for PS2 emulator with decent FPS.

If not, can anyone give me specific configurations on the settings to get a decent gameplay?

My rig is:
A8-5600k 3.6GHz
R9 290X
8GB RAM
750GB HDD

Of course. You could run a ps2 emulator with a lot less than that.

I think by today's standards, you could probably run a PS2 emulator on a smartphone like a Samsung Galaxy S4
