http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/disable-de...

right-click recycle bin, select properties. Uncheck "display delete confirmation dialog".

Now when you delete a file by pressing the delete button the confirmation dialog will no longer show up.

Actually what happens, When ever i open any file or folder it automatically asks for deletion of files or folder automatically.
I dont want to delete any file or folder bu the system asks repeatedly itself.

Please provide a solution stating that the automatically selection of files /folder for deletion should be prevented.

Thanks

Post a screenshot of the message.

Does the same thing happen with every file you open, or is it only when opening a certain program?

i use laptop in that laptop am facing this issue,
let me explain in brief the issue:
basically what happens whenever i open any folder or file the system automatically select that file or folder for deletion, but i dont want that file or folder to be deleted.the system selects itself .
even if i select my computer icon to open ,system asks do you want to delete my computer and send it to recycle bin. it happens for every file ,folder even for my desktop icons also.
hope now it may be clear.

I am also facing the same issue.
I tried to check whether it is because of delete button getting stuck... for doing so, i created a new file and kept waiting for the responce.. nothing happened. then i selected a folder where there are multiple jpg files. i played the slideshow and waited for something of this sort happen. when it passed 6-7 images, it prompted me to confirm deletion... so definitely it is not the keyboard... looks like some virus?
