I have been having issues with my computer for a long time. I have replaced one of the fans and I also replaced the PSU. But I still hear a clicking noise. It kind of sounds electrical like of like an ice cube crackle when it goes in water. It is similar to a HDD sound also. My CPU temps seem high and are in the mid 70's with light chrome browsing. I don't recall any issues with shutting off or performance lately however.

I am not a cooling expert but I think this liquid cooling crapped out especially since it is generic ibuypower brand which seems cheap. Anyway, I was wondering what I can do to fix this. Ideally, I'd like to be able to buy something and put it in myself but this contraption seems intimidating.

FYI it has been 4 years since I got it so I don't think getting the parts replaced from ibuypower is an option.

If anyone has any idea what I can buy and put it in I would really appreciate it.

Thanks for looking!

wow i just had a backtrack experience on cooling on my i7 860 xeon clone , @ 3.5ghz i was running prime 95 got to 77c in less than a minute with an evercool venti, What i use on my 2500k and phenom II x6 1090T to keep them around 45 @ 50c on full load won't keep this 860 under 93c in less than a minute how can a venti do a better job than a hyper 212 evo on this 860
