I would like to know if i can build a business computer under 400 dollars. All i need to do is pretty basic stuff like word, excel, and that type of stuff what would i need? also is 400 even in the ballpark. would not need monitor, keyboard and mouse. Thank you for all the help

At that price point I would be more inclined to buy one from HP. Or are you looking to make and sell these?

Yes, you can. Get a quad core AMD Proccesser, along with a $60 Asrock Motherboard. Then, Get a 1Tb Seagate Barracuda, and 4GB of Ram. Windows 8, and download classic shell for the windows 7 template. heres the link: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/matthewcharles/saved/4iwG It went a little over budget due to the os, but you can always find it free. Your buisiness will probably provide it or something like that. You can also find them at universities.

For a build that is only doing office programs, you don't need a graphics card. This build is cheaper and should still get the job done.

Just buy an i3 Intel Nuc $199 , plus 4GB So-Dimm $45 and 120GB mSATA drive $70, MiniPCI Wifi N300 + Bluetooth 4.0 card $20, for only $334, you have have a cute 4"x4" full features micro PC in your pocket. XD

Forget about the customized stuffs, it's the best shit you can build with $3xx
