WHICH PERFORMANCE SHOULD MY PC GIVE?! [[Need an answer fast]]

Hello everyone. So I wanted to know which fps I should expect from my computer on Battlefield 4 and on other games. I think I get a way lower average fps that I should get.

Specs:
MICROSOFT Windows 8.1
COOLERMASTER V1000W
KINGSTON DDR3 HyperX 1600 MHz 16GB
SEAGATE Barracuda® 1TB SATA
SAMSUNG SSD 840 EVO
ASUS Z87-A, Socket-1150
INTEL Intel® Core i7-4770K
COOLERMASTER Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
2x SAPPHIRE Radeon R9 290 4GB
CORSAIR Obsidian 650D

Monitor: 1920x1080p

first, why not tell us what fps you get ,are you using full msaa, etc.

second, why do you need an answer fast?

You're running dual 290s on a single 1080p screen? Damn lol

I would expect on that you should definitely see 120+, what are you getting?

I'am running on a 144hz monitor. Dropping below 60 sometimes, so I usually play on high-low settings. And on COD Ghosts I play on normale-low settings.

Do you get these results in both Mantle and DX?

That's strange, because my i5 + single GTX 760 runs about 50 avg FPS with no AA, and about 40 fps with AA...
