Okay guys so I have just bought an EVGA 500w PSU to replace my other OEM Dell Inc. 430w PSU. I want to know if it will be enough to power my system when I upgrade my GTX 660 to a GTX 760.
Here is my system specs:

CPU: i7-3770
GPU: GTX 660 1.5 Gb (OEM) -- (Soon to be a GTX 760 MSI Gaming Edition)
HDD: 2 TB Western Digital
ODD: Generic Drive
RAM: 16 GB @ 1600 MHz

I have about 2 fans in my system, soon to be three fans. FYI, the EVGA 500w has 40 amps on the 12v rail if that helps at all.

I also want to know if my system will bottleneck the GTX 760. I'm really sorry if my questions are stupid, it's just I really like PC gaming and I would probably benefit from these so-called dumb questions, so yeah!

ALL OPINIONS APPRECIATED!!!!

No that will not bottleneck. The 660 consumes just the same amount of power.

A GeForce GTX 760 needs at least 30 amps on the 12 volt rail and a 500 watt power supply , your power supply has the right PCIE power connections an is sufficient to power your specs with a 760.
