AMD A8-5500 high temperatures

Hello and thanks to anyone who reads this long post.
So I posted here about a week ago with temperature problems on my AMD A8-5500 APU (3.2ghz, 65W not overclocked), and was recommended to install more case fans to increase air flow.

After installing 2 Antec 120mm fans (one taking air from the front of my case, one pushing air out from the side panel) I see little difference.

The APU is supposed to run between 45 to 71.3 degrees according to AMD. After testing on Chivalry: Medieval Warfare the temperature jumped to 76 degrees before I hit the menu, and 85 when I got in game. On Rome 2 it reached 95 degrees. Both these examples are way above the limit my APU is supposed to handle. Right now at 40% CPU load temperatures reached 73 degrees.

I AM running the AMD stock cooler
Now I've checked and redone my thermal paste (Artic Cooling MX-4)
I have also checked the CPU fan, and case fans and all are working fine.
Airflow isn't an issue and even with the side panel off there is no difference.
I also tried touching the CPU heatsink and backplate when the APU was at 90 degrees and both were warm enough to touch and keep my finger on as it wasn't hot enough to hurt in the slightest.
Ambient temperatures in the rest of the case remained around 30 degrees (HDD, GPU and motherboard) whilst the CPU would be at 70-90 degrees.
After trying a stress test with Prime 95 the CPU went to 90+ degrees, and after quickly switching to bios which took around 7 seconds it was at 48 degrees. At idle the bios would read 45 degrees.
Despite often going over the 71 degree limit the PC has never turned itself off or slowed down.

I am using a Windows 8, a Zalman t3 case, Gigabyte F2A55M-DS2 motherboard and an A8-5500 APU.
The two programs I'm using the monitor and measure the temperatures are Piriform's speccy, and AMD Overdrive, both of which never show the same temperatures eg. at the moment Speccy says 53 degrees whilst AOD says 64.

Sorry for the long post. Thank you for any help and comments, as I've had this PC for a week since I built it last Monday, and have yet to fully enjoy using it properly.

That's something I've found whilst searching for answers. Thanks for that though, I think I may just leave it and play.

However I was recommended to try EasyTune by Gigabyte (Came with my board) and that averages 27-40 degrees whilst browsing, should I trust that?

it sounds fine as you are using the stock cooler. You may want to upgrade to the Hyper EVO 212 if you want to OC though.

As long as you haven't overclocked it, if your CPU breaks you can return it and they will replace you with a new one. However, the CPU stock fan should be fine at cooling your CPU as they provided you with it, so if it is overheating then check if you have installed the CPU cooler correctly and maybe even replace the thermal paste on it.

I don't plan to overclock but will upgrade stock cooler one day regardless. CPU heatsink is on fine and the thermal paste has been replaced several times. As I mentioned before Gigabyte's EasyTune seems to have the realistic or actual temperatures, and didn't go over 51 degrees after playing a demanding game for several hours straight, nor did I see any slow-downs in CPU speed and reactions, or any hit to general performance.
