I have some extra money to buy an upgrade for my PC, what should I upgrade and if possible why?

Solution
1) For the i3 you don't need the aftermarket cpu cooler.
2) The WD HDD, you mean $57 something, right? But I add the HDD in the list in case.
3) You should get the cx500W for same price.
4) Case, check the list.
5) GPU, if this PC for game you should get the R7 260X.
