Will AMD Athlon 750K bottleneck GTX 770?

My GTX 560 is getting kinda outdated now so I'm planning on upgrading to the GTX 770.
The thing is though, I have a 2 year old CPU as well: An AMD Athlon 750K @ 4 Ghz (scores 4932.1 on passmark). Will this be okay to run that GPU?
P.S I'm set with the PSU, I'm going to get a "XFX PRO550W P1-550S-XXB9 Power Supply (PSU) Core Edition" if there's no problem with the CPU.

Thanks,
Nagro

Yeah probably still see a bottleneck in those heavy CPU games but it will be worth it and a decent improvement over your CPU. Maybe i'm not trolling..maybe get an intel board and a pentium dual core for now and later upgrade to an I5 when you can if you look at some benchmarks that processor does really really well in some games. However if not i would get an 6 core fx and a new am3+ board.

Splendid
what model is your mother board i think that's really the best CPU for that board if its FM2 meaning you would have to get an intel board or an a new Amd board anyways. Really it will only bottleneck in CPU heavy games like GTA-BF4-CIV5-Sim City

The motherboard is a Gigabyte F2A55M-DS2. In that case, would I see any sort of bottleneck if I got a new motherboard and a FX 6300? That's all I can really afford right now.
Thanks for the reply.
