Hi everyone thank you for reading and helping! So I bought a prodigy M for a A10 7850k build and basically wondering what the best fan set up is to keep temps low as possible...here is where I am at now.

Top: 2x120mm Exhaust (Should these be intake?)

Front: PSU goes in vertical so no fan can go here PSU fan is intake blowing air to bottom/outside area

Rear:140mm Exhaust (maybe intake with 2x120mm exhaust?)

Bottom:230mm Intake

Probably will be throwing a r7 250 in there as well which would be on the upper half of the mobo this case for some reason make mobo upside down.

Phanteks PH-TC12DX CPU Cooler will be on the apu as well plan to OC

Thank you everyone for reading and providing input I really appreciate it!

There isn't really a good solution, as it's a bit of a mess of a case for airflow. Most cases go bottom to top and front to back, which makes a lot of sense for a variety of reasons.
In this case, you can't really use the top as an exhaust, because (depending on your motherboard and graphics card) you'll have a graphics card pulling air in the opposite direction at a very close distance. I'd recommend removing them entirely, as this way the air can do what it needs to, some hot air will escape out of here, but your graphics card shouldn't end up fighting with other fans. Plus, an R7 250 is tiny and uses very little power, it shouldn't generate much heat.
The bottom is down to you, but as I understand, putting a 230mm fan here removes some of the HDD mounting locations (not to mention that it sits right next to the PSU exhaust section). There aren't a lot of options.
Rear is almost undoubtedly best as an exhaust, it'll line up fairly well with your CPU cooler, and you want to get that heat out of the case.

How do you think this setup will work?Top 120mm x 2 Exhaust, Rear 140mm Intake, Bottom 230mm Intake, The cpu cooler will have two 120mm fans blowing away from the rear fan so the rear 140mm fan will blow at the cooler while the 230mm fan blows everything up with the 120mm fans exhausting...?

I wouldn't recommend it, trying to exhaust from the top means you work the graphics card fan harder, which will likely mean more noise, and potentially a short lifespan. Remember that the top fans are quite a long way from the CPU cooler, and blocked entirely by the graphics card.

Like I said, it's a really horrid case for "fixing" airflow, but you don't have anything super-high end so it's not going to be a total disaster. I'd stick with an exhaust at the rear, and then work with anything else as required.
