I need help building a PC for about 650 that can run game smoothly at 60+ fps from mid to high settings idc about ultr high setting I want to be able to run every game and be ok for newer games that come out

Ehh I'm sorry maybe throw a monitor in there cuz tv is old ha prob can't handle a PC like this but the rig around 650 and the monitor around 200 250
