I'm planning on getting an i5 4570. Since you can't overclock there is no need for an aftermarket cooler right? I was thinking on getting something like the arctic freezer 7 pro just to make it quieter. Is the stock fan quiet enough? Thanks in advance.

i would stay with stock cooler until it start giving you any kind of noise or temperature problem. You don't need to spend extra money on any aftermarket cooler for no reason as you can't overclock. Stay with stock as long as it runs fine :)
