R7 vs. HD7730 Help.

Looking for a good but inexpensive graphics card. Cant decide on wether or not to get the HD7730 1GB GDDR5 or the Sapphire Radeon R7 240 1GB GDDR5. Both are priced pretty much the same on Tiger Direct, just want to know which is the surest bet. Thanks.

7730 is the better card but not by much, only by a 5-7 frames per game in 1080p with low detail setting. Also, consider gt 640 or 6670 are the same price range.
