Is this a good build for a gaming pc?

I recently posted a thread asking for a build, here is what I got. Please "revise and edit" this build and let me know if there is any imporvements i could make to it, power manegment, ect. I am hoping for this to run games like Call of Duty, and Skyrim on high settings with at least 40 fps. Thanks.

CPU: AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor ($149.99 @ Newegg)

looks fine to me. just make sure you TRY Win8 before you settle on it for your OS. Make sure you get an SSD too.

Everything looks good. That case is a bit small though and you should try to get the Zalman Z5. I believe it's $34 on newegg.

You're choice. The 8320 can be overclocked to come close to an 8350 which is just a little bit behind the i5 in gaming. If you can fit in i5 in I would go for it.
