Solution
just look if it is facing back and when you plug it you should ear a little snap sound . dont forget to check if you use the eps cable or the atx since your board need the atx one .

When it beeps there's an immediate problem. But at least it means a lot of things have been done right so it's beeping in the first place.

How long is the beeping? And when you press the power button to shut down the PC, how long would you need to press the button before the PC turns off?

you connect the 24 pins and the 12 volts atx on the board then have the memory ram in did you also put in the cpu and is cooler and did not forget to plug the fan cable after the hdd with all the cable needed plug in the monitor to the onboard chipset you will install the gpu later and see if you have the bios .

The beeping is long, it takes like 3 second to power off

Tell me what happens please. That'd be great if it was just something wrong with the motherboard and not something i did.

On mine everything powers up (fans etc) when I power it on there is no display. Now you should have to flash your bios with a older CPU, I tried using a older CPU and still nothing. I get no beeps actually which is odd, try moving your ram into the other slots it may work. One person stated two of their slots were bad but the other two worked in my case it didnt work but try it.

Did you plug your speaker in? But anyways i moved the ram and I get everything to power up its just nothing shows up. So i try plugging in the atx 12v and BOOM i immediately get beeping from the mobo.

What do you mean by clips? And I don't know how to update bios or check the version of the board since I can't get anything to display.

I looked at the gigabyte boards that say 4.1 and are exactly the same as mine but different color. If the color changes for different versions of the board then no I do not have version 4.1. I have version 5.0

for the clip is the cable lock should face back of the motherboard been lookin at your psu and the say it have a eps and a atx cable so check if you use the atx one also the rev 4 have a blue base and they have bios f4 in 2012 for the version 5 base is black and no update for the bios .
