Computer not booting after installing new card

Sorry if I sound like a complete beginner to this but I am. I just got my first graphic card which is a PNY GeForce GT 610 2gb when I install it and turn my computer on it stays on the screen in the picture.

As I am unsure of what information you may need I apologize in advance if I posted to much.

Also If I press the ESC key it doesnt respond, it semply beeps and nothing else.
I have a 600W powersupply.

some of the evga video card bios can cause problems in some hp motherboards like a good example of this is when someone a few days ago installed a gtx 750 ti into a carmel2 motherboard in an hp computer and it simply wouldn't boot because of the video card bios and the hp motherboard bios conflict
