building a video-streaming computer is this good?

I'm thinking of making a computer that receives streaming videos smoothly with high quality. I was wondering if this build is good enough or overkill.

That'll work though with that mobo and all would go the K model CPU

Its good, Why not get a yeti for your mic and a seperate headset? (Better quality) If you want to save money I would def get a different case you can easily save $90.00 by switching to a different one. I do not know to much about that PSU maybe another member can look at that.
